One dashboard

The problem

Menus change faster than the tools around them.

Prices change. Dishes sell out. Specials rotate. Reservation links, delivery links, reviews, and ordering tools end up scattered across different places.

Cuvero gives every table one current guest page — and gives owners one place to update it.

See it working

From scan to action in one page.

Guest view

A guest scans Table 7. They see the current menu, sold-out items, dietary labels, opening hours, reservation options, delivery links, and a feedback button — without installing anything or jumping between tools.

Owner view

The dashboard shows what changed: open orders, booking requests, sold-out items, QR tables, and any setup gaps — all in one place.

FAQ

The practical questions.

Is Cuvero a POS replacement?

No. Cuvero is the guest-facing QR menu and service layer — it handles menus, ordering, reservations, links, and feedback in one place. It is not a full POS system and works alongside whatever you already use at the till.

Can I build the menu before subscribing?

Yes. Create and preview the venue setup first. Start subscription checkout from Billing when you are ready.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The guest page opens in the browser from a table QR code or public link.

Can guest payments be optional?

Yes. Guests can browse without ordering. Checkout appears only when ordering is enabled and Stripe is configured.

Can owners still use another reservation tool?

Yes. You can link to an existing reservation tool or use Cuvero's reservation request flow.

How do guest payments work?

Guest ordering uses Stripe Checkout when configured. Owners can keep ordering off, choose currency and tax behavior, hide tips, or turn checkout on later.

What should be reviewed before live paid ordering?

Set currency, tax behavior, tip behavior, refund process, and service workflow before relying on live paid ordering.

What about allergies and vegan labels?

Owner-applied tags power guest preference matching. Tags are optional, and guests are reminded to confirm severe allergies with staff.

Can a venue request a custom design?

Yes. Owners can submit a custom menu design request from the dashboard with required project details.
