Terms of Service

Last updated 13 May 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Cuvero(“the service”), provided by Q10 Labs, a company registered in Belgium under company number BE 1034.312.582(“we”, “us”, or “Cuvero”). By creating an account, publishing a guest page, or using a feature, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Cuvero on behalf of a venue, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that venue to these Terms.

2. What the service does

Cuvero provides QR-based guest pages and an owner dashboard for menus, ordering, reservations, public links, and feedback. Some features (such as guest payments) require additional setup and external providers (such as Stripe) before they are available.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • Owner accounts

you must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • Security

you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.

  • One venue per workspace

each venue is managed under its own slug. You may create additional venues subject to the limits in the dashboard.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Free preview

you can build and preview a venue without entering payment details. Some features are limited until a subscription is active.

  • Subscription fees

fees, currency, and billing cadence are shown in the dashboard before checkout. Charges are processed by Stripe.

  • Renewals

subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed cadence until cancelled.

  • Cancellation

you can cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

  • Refunds

outside the legal right of withdrawal (where applicable), fees are non-refundable. If billing was incorrect, contact support and we will make it right.

  • Taxes

prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Stripe may collect applicable taxes at checkout.

5. Guest payments and Stripe Connect

When guest ordering is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe under the venue’s Stripe Connect account. Cuverodoes not take custody of guest funds. The venue is the merchant of record for guest orders and is responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and compliance with Stripe’s terms.

6. Owner responsibilities

  • Accurate content

you are responsible for the accuracy of menu items, prices, allergens, opening hours, and any content you publish.

  • Allergens and safety

tags and dietary labels are informational only. You must ensure that staff can confirm severe allergies and dietary requirements with guests directly.

  • Legal compliance

you must comply with the laws that apply to your venue (food safety, alcohol licensing, consumer protection, tax, employment, and accessibility).

  • Authorised content

you must have the rights to any images, logos, or text you upload, and you grant Cuvero a non-exclusive licence to host and display them for the purpose of operating the service.

  • Communications

you must honour reservation requests, orders, and refund obligations you accept through the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

  • Upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

  • Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.

  • Resell or sub-license the service without our written agreement.

  • Use the service to harass guests, staff, or other owners.

8. Guest interactions

Guests do not need an account to use a venue’s public guest page. By submitting a reservation request, order, or feedback, guests agree that the information will be shared with the corresponding venue. Cuvero processes that information on behalf of the venue as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you upload (menus, photos, logos, copy). We keep all rights to the Cuverosoftware, brand, design, and platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either side’s intellectual property.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control can cause downtime. We may modify, add, or remove features over time; we will not materially reduce a paid feature without reasonable notice.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms guests, other owners, or our providers. You can stop using the service at any time. On termination, we will retain data only as needed to meet legal, billing, and security obligations, and otherwise delete or redact it as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Menu, allergen, hours, and reservation information shown to guests is supplied by venues, not by Cuvero.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuvero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if no fees were paid, EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cuvero harmless from claims arising out of content you publish, your interactions with guests, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts of Brussels, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
